The Pink Hibiscus was formed with a group of ladies and two gentlemen got together to discuss what we could that would be fun and educational, particularly to those living a cosmopolitan lifestyle in Penang. The Pink Hibiscus logo appeared as to show the spirit of fusion between Malaysia and Japan. The Malaysia’s national flower in the logo has been mixed with the Sakura/Cherry Blossom Flower. The Pink Hibiscus also symbolizes the silhouette traditional branch which signifies creativity of sprouting from tradition. New and innovative ways to promote culture and traditions back from Japan.
